Mayara Miranda
Assistant Director & Producer

Based in São Paulo, Brazil, I am an experienced producer and assistant director graduated in communications from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, having studied part of my undergraduate program in the United States where I wrote and directed the short film "Not So Quiet World,” chosen to be screened at AMFM Film Festival in Coachella in 2013.

 

I have started my career in 2014 as video editor for web content, short documentaries and advertisements, moving to the production side in 2015 to work as field producer for Record TV on the daily show "Hoje Em Dia.” In 2018 I moved to work with independent content, working as Fixer for several foreign projects, local producing TV shows such as 90 day Fiancé (TLC), House Hunters International (HGTV) and Ripley's Believe it or Not (Travel Channel), documentaries, music videos for both national and foreign artists, international feature films, and several branded content for companies like American Airlines, Facebook, HP, Siemens, Bayer, IBM, Unilever amongst other.

 

 I am currently working as freelance assistant director for both national and international production companies on series and feature films, working alongside renowned directors, cast and crew.
